ACTLEX SS

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: 29 August 2026

ACTLEX SS (“ACTLEX SS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a legal and professional services platform through which individuals and businesses can communicate their requirements and be connected with appropriate independent professionals, including advocates/lawyers, Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS) and other relevant professionals.

This Privacy Policy explains how ACTLEX SS collects, uses, shares, stores and protects information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, provide documents, book a consultation, communicate with us, make a payment or use a professional service coordinated through our platform.

1. ACTLEX SS as a Platform

ACTLEX SS is a platform and service-coordination interface.

The professional provides the applicable professional advice, opinion, recommendation or professional service.

For example, documents may be required for matters involving notices, agreements, property matters, corporate matters, litigation, filings, documentation or other professional services.

ACTLEX SS may receive these documents from the client and share relevant documents with the appropriate professional where reasonably necessary to provide or coordinate the requested service.
